Galaxy A12 is listed on the FCC certification with model number Samsung SM-A125M. The listing reveals that the Galaxy A12’s battery carries a model number EB-217ABY which suggests a 5,000mAh capacity battery. This is because the Galaxy A21s has the same battery model and has a 5,000mAh battery.
Further, the FCC listing shows that the smartphone supports 15W fast charging (Outputs 9.0V at 1.67A). The device has obtained NFC certification in the past, confirming the presence of NFC. From the Geekbench listing, we already know that Samsung Galaxy A12 will feature MediaTek Helio P35 chipset and boots Android 10 OS.
The SoC will be coupled with 3GB of RAM and expected to come in 32GB / 64GB storage variants. As of now, there is no word from Samsung regarding the launch of Galaxy A12. But, we are sure to receive more detail soon.
