Method 1: Check system updates
Head over to the Settings menu on your PS4 or PS5 console Select System Software Update and ensure that you check for any available updates If there are any new updates, follow the on-screen instructions and complete the update Once done, reboot your system for applying the changes
Method 2: Delete the saved game data
Head over to the Settings menu and select Storage Choose Saved Data and select Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Press the Options button on your controller and select the saved game data file Hit Delete and then confirm the task for completing it Once done, you should ensure that you reboot the console to apply the changes
All the saved game files that are locally saved will get deleted from your console. However, as you’re online, all the saved game data will still be there.
Method 3: Rebuild the database
Switch off the console completely Unplug the power cable from your console and then wait for a few minutes Plug in the power cable and then turn it on to clear the Cached Data automatically from the system
Check whether the issue has been fixed or not. If it isn’t fixed yet, follow these simple steps –
Press and hold the Power button on your PlayStation console until you get two beeps. The second beep will come after seven seconds. The console will then boot in the Safe Mode You should connect the controller to the USB with the console and then press the PS button on your controller You’ll get an option known as “Rebuild Database” Select Rebuild Database and then confirm the task This might take a while depending on the size of the hard drive data Once it’s done, reboot the system normally
Method 4: Reinstall the game
Head over to Settings and select Storage Choose Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga game from the list and then hit Delete Once the game has been deleted, download it, and install it again from the store
